The Lady Blackhawks defeated the Tipton Cardinals before taking taking time off for Christmas break. Adrian gift wrapped a near flawless game defeating the Cardinals 53-21. "This was, by far, our most complete performance of the year" said head coach Shaun Bruto. "I feel that we competed hard and played aggressive defense."
Adrian played a pretty close first quarter leading only by 4 pts 15-11 but turned up the volume on offense and clamped down on defense. Adrian outscored Tipton 17-4 in the second and 18-2 in the third quarter. The 35-6 stretch buried the Cardinals. Both teams allowed the backups to get some valuable playing time in the fourth period.
