Head coach Kelsi Robards enters her 8th year coaching volleyball at Adrian and 11th overall. Assistant coaches will be Sarah Jones and Trevor Lynn.
The squad is coming off a 21-7-2 record in 2017 with a spotless 7-0 conference record.
This year's strengths will be experience. "We are returning several key members of last year’s squad that understand the culture and expectations of our program" said Wimsatt.
Regarding the offense "Our Senior setter, Elise, has an incredible understanding of the game and runs our offense with ease. Camryn, Jenna, Emma, and Jessi are all experienced hitters who saw significant varsity action last year and work well together".
One area of weakness could be defense/passing. "At this time, passing is our main struggle as we work to figure out the best defense for our team. We have very talented defenders who are working hard to bring our passing to the level that we need it to be at".
