The Adrian boys varsity basketball team overmatched the KC Lutheran Knights January 14th. Adrian put the game out of reach in the second quarter when they outscored KC Lutheran 16-3 and headed to the half with a 31-10 lead. Adrian ended up winning the game 54-26 bringing their record to 8-5 on the year.The conference schedule picks up this week as the Osceola Indians come to town Friday night. It will be Adrian's courtwarming. The Blackhawks were beaten by the Indians in the Archie tournament early in the season. Adrian has gelled as a team since then so it should be a good game to gauge how much they have come since the beginning of the year.
