At the Spring Semi-Formal Adrian Middle School dance last week, students could bring $2.00 or food donations for the school backpack program for admittance. The weekend backpack program is run by the Food Pantry in Butler and provides food for kids to take home so they will be sure to have something to eat over the weekend when school breakfast and lunch is not available. All dance proceeds went toward this program.
