Randy W. Pike Memorial Scholarships were presented this week to (left) Derek Greer and Jason Delmont, from Adrian High School. Derek plans to attend Avila University and major in Psychology. Jason plans to attend Longview Community College, transfer on to Missouri University of Science and Technology (Rolla) and major in Engineering. Friends and family offer scholarships annually in memory of Randy, who served as Bates County County Commissioner from 2000-2012 and District 126th Missouri Representative 2013-2014. Best wishes to Derek and Jason on their college and career goals.
