Leapin' For Lily's House

Sheriff Chad Anderson, State Trooper David Jones, Don Hubbard, Mike Burris along with superintendents of the Adrian and Rich Hill school districts, Don Lile and Heath Oates,  took part in the first of two scheduled polar bear plunges to benefit Lily's House.   Donation totals to date is $1198.
Lily's House has the goal to provide services for women, the majority of whom have children and are struggling to free themselves from the chains of addiction, abuse and abandonment. Our focus is on the people who are already actively working with support agencies but have no resources or a support network to provide for themselves or their children.  It is a start up organization that is in the donation driving stage to get the facility up and running.   Each participant had a collections jar to help raise a goal of $200 per jumper.
Next week's plunge will involve Matt Kendrick, Chris Dillon, and Jack Bearce at 2pm at the home of Jeff and Sara Vick.  Location is 104 N.Kentucky.   Hot dogs, chips and drinks are provided.  Donations are welcome.
