On July 19, 2018, basketball players in grades 5-8 attended a clinic led by Jacie Hoyt, Head Women's Basketball Coach at UMKC. Megan Johnson, Adrian JH Basketball Coach, said: "We had 31 campers. They learned basketball skills, how to work hard, and how to be a good teammate and sport. I plan to offer the camp again next year in early June." Johnson added, "We had a great time at camp! Thanks to the UMKC coaches and players for coming!"
