AHS Sophomore Abbie Johnson is a journalism student in Mrs. Andrea Deal's class. She wrote this feature about her brother, Senior Anson Johnson. Abbie and Anson are the daughter and son of Monte and Charlotte Johnson. We hold the Johnson Family in very high regard, and we're happy to share Abbie's heartfelt words that reflect the love and admiration she has for her brother and family. From the days of Adrian Little League Football to his senior year of football, Anson Johnson has shown a tremendous amount of hard work, perseverance and determination both on and off the field. He's an All-Stater who gave everything he had to the game of Blackhawks football. Johnson's time on the field in Adrian has ended, but the legacy he has left with the underclassmen, in particular the linemen, will shine bright under the Friday Night lights in the next couple of years.
To Abbie, thank you for sharing your heart with everyone. Keep writing, you have a gift for it!
