The Blackhawks in the Adrian Chapter of Technology Students Association (TSA) competed at the 2019 TSA State Convention at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin this week.  They were among more than 800 middle and high school students who participated in science, technology, engineering and math competitions.  Middle and high school Adrian TSA members brought home hardware and a whole lot of pride!  Congrats, to all of the TSA members and advisers Matt Sears and Jim Hogan!

3rd place MS med tech and $500 scholarship. Plus 100% membership and participation award.
High school transportation modeling- 3rd
Middle school web site design- finalist

HS on demand video- finalist
HS photographic technology- finalist
HS prepared presentation- 3rd

And. . . TSA state President, Vice President, and Reporter=Adrian High School students!

Blackhawks...Way to represent!!

Amina Scaletty, AHS Senior, is a strong public speaker and represented Adrian R-III well as a TSA State Officer.  In her farewell speech, she said, "You are not special because you are in TSA. TSA is special because you are in it."
