The Adrian Blackhawks looked sharp in the jamboree they hosted in the east gym Thursday evening. Adrian, Butler and Pembroke Hill scrimmaged each other as a final tune up to the regular season. Each team played the other teams two games.
The junior varsity teams started the games. After seven points the varsity squads took over. Adrian looked pretty sharp taking all four games. The final game with the Butler Bears was a come from behind nail biter that Adrian won. Although it was just a preseason game the victory had the feel and excitement of a regular season game.
Adrian's first regular season game will be September 1st at home verses the Crest Ridge Cougars. Game time is 5:30pm.
