Adrian entered the Archie Tournament as the #4 seed and proved the tournament committee right by taking home fourth place in the 86th version of the event. Adrian played possibly the most exciting game of the tournament in the opening round against the Drexel Bobcats and gave the Rich Hill Tigers all they could handle in the second round. Rich Hill would go on to win the title over Metro Academy.
In the third place game Adrian simply did not match up well against the Butler Bears and lost 70-45. Adrian fought the entire game and displayed some of their talent but could not keep up with Butler's big guys.
