The Adrian Blackhawks didn't fare to well against the Butler Bears in basketball action on December 9th. On Butler's home court Adrian fell behind early and was never able to get back in the ball game losing 43-66.
The loss may be disappointing but Adrian did have some positives to take from the ballgame. Senior Logan Harris was able to hang 19 points on the Bears. A new name to the leaderboard was Junior Nick Preston and his 8 points in the contest. Hunter Steen and Logan Harris led the team in rebounds with 6 each.

Adrian's record fell to 3-2 but having more players step up in the ballgame was nice to see and will help them as the season progresses.
*Due to prior commitments I was not able to attend this game, therefore there is a lack of pictures and depth in this game summary. Now that the holidays are almost over and junior high basketball finished my schedule will open up for more coverage of the high school basketball squads.
