Congratulations to Dakota Harris, Nicholas Preston, Gavin Reed, Kyler Six, and James Keating for earning 2017 Academic All-State Football honors. The Blackhawks tied for the most Academic All-Staters of any team in Class 1!
To earn this honor the athlete had to start in at least 70% of all varsity games, and two of the following three criteria had to be attained: 1) score at least a 25 on the ACT, 2) have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5, and 3) rank in the top 10% of your class. Freshmen are not eligible to receive this award.
Way to represent the Blackhawks. We are proud of you!
