Blackhawks Down Vikings for Courtwarming Victory

The boys basketball team brought home the victory Friday to wrap up this year's Courtwarming games.   Adrian defeated Cass Midway 67-28 in front of the home crowd and ahead of a winter storm that was moving into the area.
The game was fairly close the first quarter at 17-13 Adrian before the Blackhawk defense stiffened up and the offense opened the floodgates  en-route to the 39 point blowout.
Dakota Harris and Brody Ford were the leading scorers in the ballgame with 14 points each.  Collin Lybarger was next with 10 points.   Brody Ford pulled down 10 rebounds while Bryant Burks had 9.  Burkes led the team in assists with 5.
During halftime of the boys game senior Noah Koehler and freshman Jade Parks  were crowned Courtwarming King and Queen.  The victory was Adrian's 12th on the year with no defeats.  Their conference record stands at 3-0.
