Longtime Adrian residents Bob and Jeannette Emerson are a vital part of this community. From the pharmacy to the school to the library and many civic organizations, the Emerson's have been connected to many people through the years. For the Burris family, they have been family friends and another set of grandparents for Ashlee and Drew since the day they were born. Bob and Jeannette have sold their beautiful home and land to a well-respected Adrian family and will be moving to Colorado this week.
A reception was held at the Adrian Methodist Church on Sunday, June 23, 2019. People gathered to talk with the Emerson's before their big move.
They will continue to follow the happenings in Adrian and cheer on the Blackhawks from Colorado. Bob and Jeannette, you will be missed!
Ashlee presented Jeannette with a "Grandkids" picture frame at the reception.
Drew took his last walk down the long driveway of the Emerson's property.
The Emerson's house has been a special place for Ashlee and Drew while growing up. It holds many wonderful memories that will last forever!
